Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept any returns at this time. However, we will allow exchanges depending on stock and under our discretion
In the event that any products within the order are damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery via email us at email@example.com After we receive the returned item. You will be refunded through the payment you use to complete the purchase.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to confirm whether the order has been processed. If the order is determined to be completed, we will not be able to issue a full refund because since that 27 Degenerates has already incurred an expense to complete the order and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to 27 Degenerates. Any changes or cancellation of an order will require prior written approval via email and can only be authorized by management.
