Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed unless otherwise specified.

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
Undeliverable and Refused Packages
In the event that your order delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or miss-delivered.
You are required to inspect the delivered Products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are in "as expected" condition. In the event, they are not in an "as expected" condition, please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order, contact details, and problem description) and including photographic proof.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
We are committed to selling only high-quality products. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and with photographic proof to be eligible for an exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 2-3 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, the act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
Delivery Time Frame and Fees
All orders shipped to addresses in the United States are shipped via UPS, USPS, and FedEx (whichever options are available). Shipping times vary based on destination. You should see a carrier delivery estimate at checkout and upon receiving a tracking number.
We do NOT take responsibility for products being delivered to other locations such as (hotels, restaurants, recipient's work location, etc) other than the recipient's home due to customer's requests. We also do not take responsibility for how customers handle the products after it's been delivered.

We do not accept any returns at this time. However, we will allow exchanges depending on stock and under our discretion
In the event that any products within the order are damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery via email us at firstname.lastname@example.org After we receive the returned item. You will be refunded through the payment you use to complete the purchase.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to confirm whether the order has been processed. If the order is determined to be completed, we will not be able to issue a full refund because since that 27 Degenerates has already incurred an expense to complete the order and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to 27 Degenerates. Any changes or cancellation of an order will require prior written approval via email and can only be authorized by management.
