My great-grandma Bonnie once told me to beware of wolves in sheepskin. She told me they come in many forms, and sometimes they’re even family. Those words stuck with me my whole life because when someone is really hungry you see what type of person they can truly become. Where I’m from the .38 special is the starter gun for most people. If you jumped off the porch and wanted hit licks or go get some fast money in the streets you probably graduated from a pocket knife, to the .38, and then eventually a 9mm. The .38 being in the design was important to me because I feel like it’s symbolic for a humble beginning.
